Effects of freak waves on a SPAR-type FOWT foundation

采用相位调制法生成畸形波波面时历,在时域内模拟该原始畸形波作用下SPAR(立柱)型浮式风力机运动,分析其浮式基础的运动规律.结果表明SPAR型浮式基础的纵荡和纵摇对畸形波的起伏程度变化更加敏感.起伏程度较大的畸形波会使SPAR型浮式基础第一纵荡峰值增大,第二纵荡峰值减小,并使纵摇的瞬态幅度增大,且第一纵荡峰值随畸形波的起伏程度增加呈现出较弱的非线性增加趋势.当起伏程度增大5%时,第一纵荡幅度比原始畸形波作用时增大5.3%,纵摇幅度比原始畸形波作用时增大5.4%.冲击高度较大的畸形波会减小浮式基础纵摇,对纵荡影响并不明显,当冲击高度增大5%时,纵摇幅度比原始畸形波作用时减小2.3%.

The time history of freak wave elevation was generated by the phase modulation method.The motion of the SPAR-type floating wind turbine under a freak wave was simulated in the time domain,and the motion law of its floating foundation was analyzed.Results show that the surge and pitch of the SPAR-type floating foundation is more sensitive to the fluctuation of freak waves.The freak wave with a significant fluctuation will increase the first surge peak of the SPAR-type floating foundation,decrease the second surge peak,and increase the pitch amplitude.The first surge peak shows a weak nonlinear increasing trend with the increase of the fluctuation degree.When the fluctuation degree increases by 5%,the first surge amplitude increases by 5.3%compared with the original freak wave,and the pitch amplitude increases by 5.4%compared with the original freak wave.The freak wave with a more significant impact height will reduce the pitch of the floating foundation,and the influence on the surge is not apparent.When the impact height increases by 5%,the pitch amplitude decreases by 2.3%compared with the original freak wave.
