High-quality Development of Heilongjiang in the Context of Chinese-style Modernization
摘要
Abstract
Based on the new journey and in the face of the current complex domestic and international situation,the Party Central Committee has made important strategic arrangements,emphasizing the need to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern in which domestic and interna-tional dual circulation promote each other,and strive to promote high-quality development,which is not only the fundamental method to be followed to promote Chinese-style modernization in accordance with the deployment of the 20th National Congress of the Party,but also an inevitable requirement for winning new victories in socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Heilongjiang Province,as a major province implementing an opening-up policy along the border,has become an important window to show northern China's opening up,and realizing the high-quality development of Heilongjiang Province is to promote the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party to take root in the Province and trans-form the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party into a vivid practice of comprehensively deepening reform.To promote the high-quality develop-ment of Heilongjiang Province,we must continue to consolidate our own construction and integrate a good policy environment,high-quality open platform and rich people-to-people exchanges into the high-quality development pattern.关键词
