中等职业教育发展水平测度与时空演变
Level Measurement and Spatial-temporal Evolution of Secondary Vocational Education Development

Abstract
Secondary vocational education shoulders the important responsibility and task of cultivating high-quality,well-rounded and skill-oriented talents,and is an important way to implement the strategy of developing the country through science and education and of strengthening the country through talents.This paper,taking secondary vocational education of 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2019 as its research object,combines research results of vocational education at home and abroad,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of the development level of secondary vocational education,and analyzes temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the development of Chinese secondary vocational education by applying combination empower-ment,natural fracture and spatial autocorrelation methods.The results show that:1.Chinese secondary vocational education posts sound overall develop-ment from 2012 to 2019,but there exists obvious difference among regions,displaying the structure of"light head and heavy feet".2.Educational re-sources,as the core elements affecting the development of secondary vocational education,are mainly embodied in the aspects of faculty configuration and school conditions.China's secondary vocational education development presents a stable"wave-type"upward trend in time series and demonstrates obvi-ous stage characteristics;3.Spatial pattern features a transformation from"dual-core"to"belt-type"and exhibits marked gradient pattern characteristics and a regional agglomeration effect.关键词
