为了研究阀门内漏时管外壁温度场的分布情况,设计4种缺陷的阀门模型,基于FLUENT软件中的流动、蒸发冷凝及传热模型,进行了阀门流-热-固耦合仿真,获得了温度场随内漏量的分布规律:温度场分布在轴向及周向存在热分层;随着内漏量的增加,阀门下游温度场整体升高;周向热分层在2倍管径处趋于平缓,此位置可作为工程上内漏监测点.根据阀门内漏温度场的试验数据对模拟计算温度场进行对标,温度场偏差在工程允许范围内,验证了本文的研究方法可用于工程实际热边界阀门状态监测.

In order to study the distribution of temperature field on outer wall of the pipe in case of internal leakage of the valve,valve models with four kinds of defects were artificially designed.Based on the flow,evaporation and condensation and heat transfer models in FLUENT software,valve fluid-heat-solid coupling simulation was carried out,and the distribution law of temperature field with internal leakage was obtained:there is thermal stratification axial and circumferential direction in the distribution of temperature field;With the increase of internal leakage,the downstream temperature field of the valve increases as a whole.Circumferential thermal stratification tends to be flat at 2 times pipe diameter,which can be used as a monitoring point for internal leakage in engineering.The experimental data of temperature field in case of internal leakage and numerical simulation data were compared,and the deviation of temperature field falls within the allowable range for engineering,which verifies that the calculation method can be used for on-line monitoring and detection of thermal boundary valves in engineering practice.
