平消瘢痕疙瘩汤联合火针及痤痕散治疗痤疮后瘢痕疙瘩疗效分析
Efficacy analysis of Pingxiao Keloid Decoction Combined with Fire Needle and Cuohen Powder on Keloid

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Pingxiao Keloid Decoction combined with fire needle and Cuohen Powder on keloid and the influence on skin inflammatory response.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-acne keloid treated in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between July 2021 and July 2022,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with fire needle and Cuohen Powder,while observation group was additionally treated with Pingxiao Keloid Decoction.The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions,score of Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS),levels of extracellular matrices[type I collagen,matrix metalloprotein-9(MMP-9)]and inflammatory indexes[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(96.67%vs 76.67%,P＜0.05).The scores of keloid color,thickness,vascular distribution and softness,and total score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05),levels of serum type I collagen and MMP-9 were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05),levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05),and recurrence rate was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Pingxiao Keloid Decoction combined with fire needle and Cuohen Powder can effectively improve clinical curative effect,promote inflammation disappearance and improve the therapeutic effect in keloid patients.关键词
