复方利多卡因乳膏联合酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液减轻黄金微针射频术中疼痛及术后红斑反应的效果观察OACSTPCD

Objective Exploration of compounded lidocaine cream combined with brimonidine tartrate eye drops to reduce intraoperative pain and postoperative erythema reaction during gold microneedle radiofrequency.Methods Thirty patients aged 20-48 years old with skin type Fitzpatrick type Ⅲ-Ⅳ were selected from the dermatology department of the author's hospital from December 2021 to February 2023.A control method was adopted on the left and right faces.In the observation side,brimonidine tartrate eye drops were applied firstly and then compound lidocaine cream was applied when the drops were absorbed into the skin.In the control side,the compound lidocaine cream was applied only.After 60 minutes,the gold microneedle radiofrequency was performed and intraoperative pain score and postoperative erythema index was assessed by taking pictures immediately after the procedure,30 min,and 60 min after the gold microneedle radiofrequency procedure.Results The erythema was significant reduced in the observation side after surgery with compound lidocaine cream combined with brimonidine tartrate eye drops and can last for 60 min,And the combined application of brimonidine tartrate eye drops on the side of the face significantly reduced pain during surgery.Conclusion Brimonidine tartrate eye drops can be used as an effective adjunct to epidermal anesthetics to reduce intraoperative pain and postoperative erythema.
