Abstract
The development of new quality productive forces is to promote high-quality development of the inherent requirements and important focus.Entering the new development stage,because of the high-tech,high-efficiency,high-quality features,digital twin water resources has become the most significant symbol of new quality productive forces of water resources and the most powerful hand.The party group of the Ministry of Water Resources will promote the construction of digital twin water resources as a new stage of high-quality development of water resources as a distinctive sign and an important path,the essence of which is to promote the development of new quality productive forces of water resources.Based on the scientific connotation and significance of new quality productive forces,this paper explores and analyses the intrinsic connection and logic between the construction of digital twin water resources and the development of new quality productive forces,and puts forward the implementation path to drive and lead the development of new quality productive forces of water resources with digital twin water resources from the aspects of construction action,key technology,standard system,talent training,and so on.关键词
