Exploring the Pathogenesis Differentiation and Treatment of Male Reproductive Senescence Based on the Axis of"Brain,Heart,Kidney and Essence Chamber"

Abstract
"Brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber"axis plays an important role in the development of male diseases,and its dysregulation is the core of male reproductive aging.The brain,heart,and kidney,as the main body of life activities,govern essence,blood,and spirit.If essence,blood,and spirit are depleted,essence chamber cannot be productive,and male reproductive senescence occurs.This often manifests as male specific aging characteristics such as decreased sperm production ability,decreased sexual function,and decreased androgen levels.Under the guidance of the"brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber"axis theory,the prevention of male reproductive senescence can be achieved by tonifying the kidney and providing essence,harmonizing yin and yang,regulating and nourishing the heart and brain,tranquilizing the mind,clearing the stagnation,and restoring the function of the essence chamber,thus delaying male reproductive senescence.关键词
