岗位胜任力视域下工程项目管理课程改革路径探索OA
以学生为中心的教育改革背景下,通过任务驱动法、翻转课堂法、案例教学法、情景教学法、辩论赛和讨论法等以学生为主体,引导学生主动思考和学习,充分利用高校学生对趣味性案例、角色扮演等的好奇心,做到将思政元素与专业技能、专业知识融合教学,提升学生的思政学习效果.该文主要从课程思政建设出发,整理专业课教学内容,将课程内容与工作岗位衔接,对接工作岗位所需的职业精神融入工程项目管理课程中,有效地实现知识与价值的统一,发挥育人作用,提高育人质量.
Under the background of student-centered education reform,task-driven method,flipped classroom method,case teaching method,situational teaching method,debate competition,and discussion method are adopted to guide students to think and study actively,make full use of college students'curiosity for interesting cases and role-playing,and integrate ideological and political elements with professional skills and professional knowledge.Improve students'ideological and political learning effects.This paper mainly starts from the ideological and political construction of the course,arranges the teaching content of specialized courses,connects the course content with the job,integrates the professional spirit required by the job into the course of Engineering Project Management,effectively realizes the unity of knowledge and value,plays the role of education,and improves the quality of education.
