心房颤动的中西医研究进展
Research Progress of Atrial Fibrillation in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Abstract
According to Western medicine,the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation(AF)is related to the electrical remodeling,structural remodeling,inflammatory factors,oxidative stress and molecular genetic mechanism of the atrium.In addition to the conventional antiar-rhythmic drugs,radiofrequency ablation,left atrial appendage closure and other non-drug therapies have good curative effect in the clini-cal treatment of AF.According to TCM,the etiology and pathogenesis of AF are deficient root cause and excessive manifestation.The de-ficient root cause is qi-yin deficiency,while excessive manifestation includes phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and fluid retention.The treat-ment of AF by the physicians in the past dynasties is based on the classic formulas,updated formulas and proven formulas combined with clinical experience leading to self-made formulas,which can obtain good curative effect.However,at present,there are still the fol-lowing problems in the research of AF:(1)There is lack of research from the cross-relationship of different mechanisms to study wheth-er there is a common target or signal pathway;(2)The syndrome types of TCM are more complicated,and there is no unified diagnosis and treatment specifications and curative effect criteria;(3)There is lack of large sample,multi-center,randomized double-blind trials.In the future,it is essential to utilize of modern pharmacological research to explore the mechanism behind the therapeutic effect of TCM,so as to carry out rigorous and effective clinical trials with large samples.关键词
