人β防御素2、3在慢性牙周炎合并高血压患者牙龈组织中的水平研究
Study on the levels of human β-defensin 2 and 3 in gingival tissue of patients with chronic periodontitis compli-cated with hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between human beta-defensin-2,3 and chronic periodontitis and hypertension.Methods:Twenty patients with chronic periodontitis combined with hypertension(CP+HP group),20 patients with chronic periodontitis and 20 healthy subjects were prospectively collected from the Stomatology department of Shiyan People's Hospital.The Florida probe was used to detect periodontal indicators,including probing depth(PD),clinical loss of attachment(CAL),and bleeding index(BI).RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression of hBD-2 and 3 mRNA in gingival tissue,and immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of hBD-2 and 3 protein in gingival tissue and semi-quantitative analysis was performed.Results:PD and CAL were the highest in chronic periodontitis combined with hy-pertension group and the lowest in healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of hBD-2 and 3 mRNA were the highest in healthy group,followed by chronic periodontitis,and the lowest in chronic periodontitis com-bined with hypertension group(P<0.05),and hBD-2,hBD-3 mRNA were negatively correlated with PD and CAL,hBD-2,3 mRNA were moderately negatively correlated with BI.Immunohistochemical results showed no significant difference of hBD-2 and hBD-3 scores between chronic periodontitis group and chronic periodontitis combined with hypertension group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hypertension may be a risk factor for the deterioration of periodontal tissue in patients with chronic peri-odontitis,which may be related to the decreased expression of hBD-2 and 3 in gingival tissue.关键词
