摘要

Abstract

The consumption market of alcoholic products in China is becoming increasingly large,accompanied by increasing health risks.This paper described the specific process of alcohol absorption,transportation,excretion and decomposition in the human body,and analyzed the possible damage to human tissues and organs during this process.The article reviews mechanisms of reducing alcohol damage and accelerating sobriety.Around these mechanisms,various effective functional active substances are summarized.In addition,animal models of alcohol metabolism,which were widely used in research,are introduced,including selection of model animals,optimization of modeling methods,and identification of early biomarkers.
