Research progress of curcumin natural polymers intelligent active packaging film
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for food safety and quality,food preservation technology has developed rapidly.Food intelligent active packaging film has become the focus of research.Curcumin is a yellow polyphenol compound ex-tracted and isolated from the rhizome of Curcuma longa L.It is a chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine with antibacterial,antioxidant,and pH responsiveness.Researchers have studied a series of intelligent active packaging films loaded with curcumin according to the characteristics of curcumin.Polymer materials have attracted more and more attention from researchers due to their good mechanical properties,degradability,and biocompatibility,and have been widely used as the base material of intelligent active packaging films.In this paper,the application of curcumin-loaded natural polymer intelligent packaging film or active packaging film in the field of food pres-ervation was reviewed,which provided a reference for the further development and application of curcumin in the field of food preserva-tion.关键词
