下肢康复训练仪对脑卒中患者下肢功能恢复的影响分析OA
Analysis of theInfluence of Lower Limb Rehabilitation Trainer on the Recovery of Lower Limb Function in Stroke Patients
目的 探讨分析下肢康复训练仪对脑卒中患者下肢功能的影响.方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月在南京同仁医院康复科接受治疗的脑卒中患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例.对照组接受常规康复治疗,观察组在此基础上应用下肢康复训练仪.对比两组下肢功能、日常生活能力及生活质量.结果 治疗后,观察组FMA评分、BI评分及SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 下肢康复训练仪可有效改善脑卒中患者的下肢功…查看全部>>
