改性柑橘皮吸附剂的制备及其对嘌呤脱除效果的研究
Preparation of modified citrus peel adsorbent and its effect on purine removal

Abstract
The adsorption and removal of purines was enhanced by modification of citrus peel residue to prepare a new natural and ef-ficient adsorbent.The adsorbent was prepared using orange peel(OP)as raw material,and the adsorbent was compared with the adsorbent prepared by different modification methods,and the optimal process conditions for the modification were screened by single-factor and or-thogonal tests.The adsorption performance of modified orange peel(MOP)on purines was evaluated by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.Results showed that the adsorption performance of the material prepared by alkali modification was the best,and the best process conditions for alkali preparation were 80 mesh of citrus peel size,40 ℃ of modification temperature,40 min of time,and 250 r/min of rotational speed.Under these conditions,the measured purine adsorption amount was 49.17 mg/g,and the adsorption rate was 43.13%.The adsorption of a purine by alkali-modified citrus peel was the more consistent with the quasi-secondary kinetic equation,and the adsorption of a purine by alkali-modified citrus peel was the most consistent with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.The results of scanning electron microscopy showed that the specific surface area of modified citrus peels increased and the active sites in-creased,which facilitated the adsorption process.The results of infrared spectroscopy showed that the content of hydroxyl and free carboxyl groups of citrus peel increased after modification,which led to the selective adsorption of purines by the modified adsorbent material.The alkali modification treatment to citrus peel residues can effectively improve the adsorption and removal of purines from food.关键词
