2023年茶叶中污染物检测技术研究重点关注了新兴污染物检测新方法的开发.茶叶中有机污染物检测目标主要包括农药在内的有机污染物,以及多环芳烃、吡咯里西啶生物碱、高氯酸盐、蒽醌和塑化剂等新兴污染物;检测技术创新主要包括新型吸附剂和萃取剂的制备与应用;同时在分析方法中应用机器学习模型,使茶叶中有机污染物的检测技术更加多样化和高效化.茶叶中无机污染物的检测方法主要以等离子电感耦合质谱检测法和等离子发射原子吸收光谱检测法为主,重点检测对象是重金属;检测技术的创新主要集中在新型纳米材料的应用研究上.总的来说,基于现代仪器分析技术,2023年茶叶质量安全检测技术的进步极大地拓展了茶叶中污染物检测范围的广度和深度.

This study provided a comprehensive review of advances in detection technology of pollutants in tea through 2023.Target pollutants include pesticides,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,pyrrolizidine alkaloids,perchlorates,anthraquinone and plasticizers.Emphasis is placed on the detection of emerging pollutants and the development of innovative methodologies.The detection techniques mainly involve the utilization of novel adsorbents and extractants,complemented by the integration of machine learning models into analytical protocols,thereby enhancing the diversity and efficiency of organic pollutant detection in tea.In the realm of inorganic pollutant detection,methods primarily rely on plasma inductively coupled mass spectrometry and plasma emission atomic absorption spectroscopy,with a focus on heavy metals.Emerging technologies focus on the application of new nanomaterials.Overall,based on modern instrumental analysis technology,the progress in tea quality and safety testing technology in 2023 has significantly expanded the breadth and depth of pollutant detection in tea.
