Abstract
This study provided a comprehensive review of advances in detection technology of pollutants in tea through 2023.Target pollutants include pesticides,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,pyrrolizidine alkaloids,perchlorates,anthraquinone and plasticizers.Emphasis is placed on the detection of emerging pollutants and the development of innovative methodologies.The detection techniques mainly involve the utilization of novel adsorbents and extractants,complemented by the integration of machine learning models into analytical protocols,thereby enhancing the diversity and efficiency of organic pollutant detection in tea.In the realm of inorganic pollutant detection,methods primarily rely on plasma inductively coupled mass spectrometry and plasma emission atomic absorption spectroscopy,with a focus on heavy metals.Emerging technologies focus on the application of new nanomaterials.Overall,based on modern instrumental analysis technology,the progress in tea quality and safety testing technology in 2023 has significantly expanded the breadth and depth of pollutant detection in tea.关键词
