灌注桩防护法开挖回风立井风硐工艺应用OA

Application of cast-in-place pile protection method in excavating return air shaft fan drift

回风立井风硐一般采用大开挖的施工工艺,该工艺存在开挖面积大,对临时凿井井架扰动大,且开挖过程中存在无法平行开展井筒开凿导致施工工期较长等弊端.为减小风硐土方的开挖范围,基于边坡防护理论,将灌注桩支护工艺引用到赵石畔煤矿回风立井风硐施工中,并通过采用理论计算和数值模拟的方法确定出合理的灌注桩支护参数.赵石畔煤矿回风立井风硐的实践表明,在基坑开挖时采用灌注桩预支护边坡,能够有效解决风硐开挖时的边坡防护问题,大大提高了风硐施工效率.

Because the return air shaft air tunnel generally adopts the construction technology of large excavation,the process has the disadvantages of large excavation area and large disturbance to the temporary shaft headframe,and the excavation process can not be carried out in parallel,resulting in long construction period.Therefore,reducing the excavation range of the air tunnel is a solution to the above problems.Based on the theory of slope protection,the supporting technology of cast-in-place pile is introduced into the construction of air return shafts air tunnel in Zhaoshipan Coal Mine.By the method of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the reasonable supporting parameters of cast-in-place pile are determined,which effectively solves the problem of slope protection during the excavation of air tunnel and greatly improves the construc-tion efficiency of air tunnel.
