开发了一种工业萘氧化制苯酐催化剂(简称萘法苯酐催化剂),并进行了工业生产量级制备.采用单管模试装置对催化剂的反应工艺参数进行了研究.实验结果表明,开发的萘法苯酐催化剂在单管风量4.0 m3/h、熔盐温度340~350℃时,萘负荷达 75~85 g/m3,反应器出口苯酐收率为 102%~104%(w),产物中萘醌收率不高于 0.5%(w).诱导期开停车实验结果表明,催化剂具有优异的抗频繁开停车能力.催化剂老化实验结果表明,开发的工业萘法苯酐催化剂具有良好的抗飞温稳定性.此外,重复开停车过程中萘法苯酐催化剂性能基本不变,稳定性好.

A catalyst prepared for preparation phthalic anhydride by technical naphthalene oxidation was developed,and it was produced on an industrial scale.The reaction process parameters were studied using a single tube model test device.The experimental results show that the developed catalyst has a naphthalene content of 75-85 g/m3 at a single-tube air flow rate of 4.0 m3/h and a salt bath temperature of 340-350℃.The product yield of phthalic anhydride at the outlet of the reactor is 102%-104%(w),and the mass yield of naphthoquinone in the product is not higher than 0.5%(w).The results of the start-stop test during the induction period indicate that the catalyst has excellent resistance to frequent start-stop.The catalyst aging test result shows that the developed catalyst has good resistance to temperature runaway.In addition,the performance of the catalyst remains basically unchanged during repeated start-stop,indicating good stability.
