Abstract
A catalyst prepared for preparation phthalic anhydride by technical naphthalene oxidation was developed,and it was produced on an industrial scale.The reaction process parameters were studied using a single tube model test device.The experimental results show that the developed catalyst has a naphthalene content of 75-85 g/m3 at a single-tube air flow rate of 4.0 m3/h and a salt bath temperature of 340-350℃.The product yield of phthalic anhydride at the outlet of the reactor is 102%-104%(w),and the mass yield of naphthoquinone in the product is not higher than 0.5%(w).The results of the start-stop test during the induction period indicate that the catalyst has excellent resistance to frequent start-stop.The catalyst aging test result shows that the developed catalyst has good resistance to temperature runaway.In addition,the performance of the catalyst remains basically unchanged during repeated start-stop,indicating good stability.关键词
