增强性体外反博联合运动训练对老年慢性肾脏病患者衰弱和运动能力的影响:一项前瞻性研究
Effects of enhanced external counterplusation combined with exercise training on frailty and exercise capacity in elderly pa-tients with chronic kidney disease:a prospective study

Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effects of enhanced external counterplusation(EECP)combined with exercise training on the frailty and exercise ability of elderly patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods A total of 112 patients with CKD aged between 60 and 80 years were enrolled in this prospective trial.The randomized controlled study divided the subjects into four groups,including conventional treatment group 27cases,exercise training group 32cases,EECP treatment group 25cases and EECP combined exercise training group 28cases.The duration of the study was 3 months,and the main measures were frailty score and exercise ability.Results After treatment,the fatigue changes in EECP group and combined group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The physical activity decline in the combined group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05).The total score of frailty in combination group was significantly decreased,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The 30s-STS scores of exercise group and combination group were sig-nificantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Exercise can im-prove the activity ability of elderly patients with CKD,EECP can significantly relieve fatigue,and EECP combined with exercise training has a significant effect on alleviating the debilitating symptoms and improving the exercise ability of elderly patients with CKD.关键词
