Stability,pharmacokinetics and antioxidant of lycopene-rich mycelium powder
探讨富含番茄红素菌体粉稳定性及药代动力学与体内抗氧化活性.测定了菌体粉中番茄红素在不同光照、温度及氧环境下的保留率、大鼠体内药代动力学参数及小鼠肝、脑和皮肤组织中抗氧化指标.结果表明:与对照组番茄提取物比,菌体粉中番茄红素具有更高的光、热、氧稳定性及生物利用度.在日光和85℃分别处理 8 h及空气中避光室温存放 21 d,番茄红素保留率分别为 73.01%、78.58%和 57.91%,远高于番茄提取粉的48.58%、60.25%和36.33%;…查看全部>>
