Abstract

A rapid acid hydrolysis method for the determination of VB1,VB2,VB6,and niacinamide in food for special medical purpose was established.The sample was pretreated by HCl at 70℃for 10 minutes.Then protein was precipitated,and VB1,VB2,VB6,and niacinamide were separated and detected by HPLC and diode array detector at the wavelength of 268 nm.The results showed that four components had a good linear relationship in the range from 0.1 to 50.0 μg/mL.The detection limit range was 0.1~0.3 mg/kg,and quantitative limit range was 0.3~0.9 mg/kg.The recovery rate was 87.4%~93.9%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.0%~5.1%(n=5).This method had high accuracy and sensitivity.It can meet the needs of rapid determination of VB1,VB2,VB6,and niacinamide in special medical food.
