减氮配施有机肥对华浙优210产量与米质的影响OACSTPCD
Effects of Reduced Nitrogen Application Combined with Organic Fertilizer Application on Yield and Quality of Huazheyou 210
为了探明减氮配施有机肥对优质杂交稻华浙优 210 产量与米质的影响,为杂交稻丰产、优质、高效栽培提供理论依据与技术指导,2022 年在浙江兰溪、富阳开展大田试验,采用完全随机区组试验设计,设置 3 种施氮处理,即不施氮肥(空白,T0)、常规施用化肥(对照,T1)以及减氮配施商品有机肥(T2),对不同处理的水稻生长情况、产量与米质进行比较分析.结果显示:与T1 处理相比,T2 处理可减少水稻生育前期无效分蘖的发生,提高茎蘖成穗率;提高水稻生育中后期光合势与作物生长速率,促进干物质积累;提高灌浆期剑叶净光合速率与根系活性,延缓植株衰老,促进籽粒灌浆;提高稻米的整精米率与胶稠度,降低垩白粒率、垩白度以及蛋白质含量.减氮配施有机肥处理与常规施用化肥处理产量相当,且具有较高的氮肥利用效率,并可改善稻米品质.
In order to investigate the effects of nitrogen reduction combined with the application of organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of high-quality rice variety Huazheyou 210,providing theoretical and technical guidance for high-yield,high-quality,and efficient cultivation of high-quality rice.Field experiments were conducted in Lanxi and Fuyang,Zhe-jiang Province,in 2022,using a completely randomized block design with three nitrogen application treatments:no nitrogen fertilizer treatment(control,T0),chemical fertilizer application treatment(T1),and nitrogen reduction combined with the application of commercial organic fertilizer treatment(T2).The growth,yield and quality of rice in different treatments were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that,compared with T1 treatment,T2 treatment could reduce unproductive tillers,and increase the percentage of productive tillers,increase leaf area duration and crop growth rate during the middle and late growth periods,increase root oxidation activity and leaf photosynthetic rate during the grain filling period,and in-crease the rate of head milled rice and gel consistency,reduce the rate of chalkiness grain,chalkiness degree and protein content of rice.The yield of nitrogen reduction combined with organic fertilizer treatment was the same as that of conven-tional chemical fertilizer treatment,and had higher nitrogen use efficiency,and could improve rice quality.
