基于系统思维的职业教育产教融合立法逻辑
Legislative Logic of Industry-education Integration in Vocational Education Based on Systematic Thinking

Abstract
Under the guidance of Xi Jinping'Thought on the Rule of Law,combined with the connotation of the times and practical requirements of the industry-education integration in China,according to the theory of system thinking,the law of the industry-education integration in vocational education not only has sufficient legislative basis,but also has unique legislative contents,and it is necessary to stipulate the corresponding illegal responsibilities.In terms of legislative basis,it should be closely connected with the Constitution and relevant laws,deeply reflect the legal basis and factual basis of the industry-education integration in vocational education.In terms of effective contents,it should be reasonably connected with the education law,enterprise law,science and technology law,labor law and other laws,to make up the unfinished matters on the industry-education integration in vocational education.From the perspective of illegal liability,it should be unified with the civil liability,administrative liability and criminal liability of relevant laws.Only by making the legislation of industry-education integration in vocational education and other relevant laws coordinated and making their functions complementary can make China's legal system play the normative value and guiding role from the whole for the industry-education integration in vocational education.关键词
