The Effect of Biochar on the Yield and Quality of Cyperus esculentus

为了明确生物炭施用对油莎豆产量和品质的影响,于 2022-2023 年在郑州市农科院须水试验场以郑油莎1 号为材料,设置不同的肥料用量处理,对不同处理油莎豆的产量、品质指标及其相关性进行分析.结果表明:T1处理(N、P2O5、K2O均为 64.5 kg/km2、生物炭 1 350 kg/km2)油莎豆的产量、百粒质量和脂肪含量最高.相关分析表明,油莎豆产量与百粒质量显著正相关,与淀粉和脂肪含量正相关;百粒质量与淀粉含量极显著正相关(0.808),与蛋白质含量(-0.866)、总糖含量(-0.961)和水分含量(-0.777)极显著负相关;蛋白质和总糖含量极显著正相关(0.922).总糖含量的直接通径系数最大,为 2.141,是影响油莎豆产量的最大因素.综合分析,生物炭的施用有利于油莎豆产量和品质的提高.

In order to clarify the effect of biochar application on the yield and quality of Cyperus esculentus,Zheng Yousha No.1 was used as the experimental material in the Xushui experimental ground of Zhengzhou Academy of Agricultural Sci-ences from 2022 to 2023.The yield,quality index and correlation of different treatments were analyzed.The results showed that the yield,100-grain weight and fat content of T1 treatment(N,P2 O5,K2 O were all 64.5 kg/km2,biochar 1 350 kg/km2)were the highest,and the yield of Cyperus esculentus was positively correlated with 100-grain weight and starch and fat content.100-grain weight was significantly positively correlated with starch content(0.808),negatively correlated with protein content(0.866),total sugar content(0.961)and water content(0.777),and positively correlated with protein content and total sugar content(0.922).The direct path coefficient of total sugar content was the largest,which was 2.141,which was the biggest factor affecting the yield of sweet bean.According to the comprehensive analysis,the applica-tion of biochar is beneficial to the improvement of yield and quality of Cyperus esculentus.
