生物炭对油莎豆产量及品质的影响
The Effect of Biochar on the Yield and Quality of Cyperus esculentus

Abstract
In order to clarify the effect of biochar application on the yield and quality of Cyperus esculentus,Zheng Yousha No.1 was used as the experimental material in the Xushui experimental ground of Zhengzhou Academy of Agricultural Sci-ences from 2022 to 2023.The yield,quality index and correlation of different treatments were analyzed.The results showed that the yield,100-grain weight and fat content of T1 treatment(N,P2 O5,K2 O were all 64.5 kg/km2,biochar 1 350 kg/km2)were the highest,and the yield of Cyperus esculentus was positively correlated with 100-grain weight and starch and fat content.100-grain weight was significantly positively correlated with starch content(0.808),negatively correlated with protein content(0.866),total sugar content(0.961)and water content(0.777),and positively correlated with protein content and total sugar content(0.922).The direct path coefficient of total sugar content was the largest,which was 2.141,which was the biggest factor affecting the yield of sweet bean.According to the comprehensive analysis,the applica-tion of biochar is beneficial to the improvement of yield and quality of Cyperus esculentus.关键词
