Developing new quality productive forces in soil and water conservation is an inherent requirement and a crucial focus for high-quality development of soil and water conservation in the new era.Accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces in soil and water conservation should be guided by the goals of the new era's soil and water conservation tasks,led by informatization and intelligence,and characterized by continuous innovation to overcome challenges,strengthen scientific and technological innovation,transform and apply technological achievements,stabilize the effectiveness of prevention and control,and comprehensively enhance the function of soil and water conservation and the supply capacity of ecological products.This paper discusses the connotation,objectives and tasks,main characteristics,and current situation of new quality productive forces in soil and water conservation,proposing three implementation paths:enhancing the level of scientific and technological innovation,improving the quality of personnel,and innovating institutional and governance systems to adapt to the development of new quality productive forces in soil and water conservation.The aim is to provide references and guidance for the establishment of theoretical systems and practical implications in soil and water conservation new quality productive forces.
