Discussion on the construction of a"space-air-ground-water"stereo observation system for water security elements in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area
聚焦粤港澳大湾区的复杂水情及严峻水安全问题,分析当前大湾区水安全观测主要依赖传统观测方法的不足,提出基于卫星遥感、无人机、高精度传感器、5G、移动互联网等高新技术,构建粤港澳大湾区水安全要素"天-空-地-水"立体观测体系,实现对水安全要素的全覆盖、多尺度、高精度、智能化立体观测,为大湾区推进水治理、保障水安全、实现水利现代化提供支撑.
Focusing on the complex water situation and severe water security issues in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper analyzes the inadequacies of current water security observation methods,which primarily rely on traditional approaches.Leveraging advanced technologies such as satellite remote sensing,unmanned aerial vehicles,high-precision sensors,5G,and mobile Internet,it proposes the construction of a"space-air-ground-water"stereo observation system for water security elements in the Greater Bay Area.This system aims to achieve full coverage,multi-scale,high-precision,and intelligent observation of water security elements,providing essential support for promoting water management,ensuring water security,and realizing water conservancy modernization in the Greater Bay Area.
