摘要

Abstract

Post-stroke depression(PSD)occurs after stroke,with symptoms such as depression,loss of interest,decreased self-worth,and sleep disturbance as its main clinical manifestations.In order to explore the specific mo-lecular mechanism of acupuncture treatment of PSD,the author reviewed the information and literature in domestic and foreign databases such as PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP in recent years,and compared the relationship between PSD and endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS).This paper summarizes and analyzes the clinical research and animal ex-perimental studies on the relationship between acupuncture and ERS to treat PSD,and clarifies the mechanism of ERS and the possible targets of acupuncture to intervene in ERS.This article concluded that acupuncture may improve the clinical symptoms of PSD patients by regulating ERS-related pathway proteins,inhibiting inflammatory responses and overloading ERS-mediated apoptosis.Therefore,this study summarizes the relevant target mechanisms of ERS after acupuncture treatment regulates PSD,with a view to providing new ideas and certain scientific basis for the explorable target directions of acupuncture treatment of PSD in the future.
