Abstract
With the improvement of people's living standards and changes in dietary habits,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has gradually become one of the most common chronic liver diseases in the world.Its incidence rate is increasing year by year.Because its pathogenesis is complex and unclear,there are currently no specific thera-peutic drugs.Therefore,it is urgent to find safe,efficient,and economical NAFLD therapeutic drugs.Compared with Western medicines with rapid lipid-lowering effects,traditional Chinese medicine has attracted more and more atten-tion in the treatment of NAFLD because of its unique advantages such as multi-target and multi-channel action mech-anisms.The traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of NAFLD is liver and spleen imbalance and phlegm and blood stasis.Danggui Shaoyao Powder is derived from"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber"and has the effects of harmonizing the liver and spleen,dispelling dampness and eliminating phlegm,activating blood circulation and removing blood sta-sis,which is consistent with the pathogenesis of the disease.Danggui Shaoyao Powder has been proven to treat NAFLD by regulating various pathways,including improving intestinal flora,resisting oxidative stress,regulating the intestinal-liver axis,and reducing inflammatory responses.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of NAFLD because of its multi-target and multi-channel mechanism of action.However,Danggui Shaoyao Powder has diverse drug compositions and complex pharmacological effects,making it difficult to understand the specific mecha-nism of regulating NAFLD.There is currently a lack of clinical trial research on Danggui Shaoyao Powder,and its composition There are no clear regulations on the dosage and ratio of drugs,and the hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity induced by Danggui Shaoyao Powder also need to be further explored.Therefore,this article summarizes and analyzes the mechanism of action,experimental data and clinical research results of Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the treatment of NAFLD by retrieving and sorting out relevant literature,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Dang-gui Shaoyao Powder in the treatment of NAFLD,providing guidance for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine in the future,including In-depth experimental research and subsequent clinical application and promotion of Danggui Shaoyao Powder provide ideas and prospects.关键词
