为提高针对织物复合膜材撕裂力学响应数值分析的精确性,本文基于连续损伤力学理论,建立了PVDF涂层织物膜材的非线性损伤本构模型.结合梯度为15°的偏轴拉伸试验,验证了非线性本构模型的精确性;并将非线性本构模型纳入数值分析,与传统三折线本构模型及梯度为 15°的梯形撕裂试验结果进行对比,验证非线性本构在撕裂力学响应方面的精确性.结果表明:非线性本构模型可有效跟踪膜材实际应力-应变曲线.在撕裂力学响应方面,两种模型均能体现系列参数变化对撕裂性能的影响规律及相应撕裂机理,但非线性本构模型在破坏形态上能更好地体现膜材撕裂过程中拉剪耦合复杂应力影响.

In order to improve the accuracy of the numerical analysis for the tearing mechanical response of fab-ric composites,a nonlinear damage constitutive model for PVDF-coated fabric was developed based on the continu-ous damage mechanics theory.The accuracy of the nonlinear constitutive model is verified by combining the off-axis tensile test with a gradient of 15°.The nonlinear constitutive model was added to the numerical analysis.The results were compared with the conventional folding line model and the trapezoidal tearing test with a gradient of 15°to ver-ify the accuracy of the nonlinear constitutive model in terms of tearing mechanical response.The results show that the nonlinear constitutive model can effectively track the actual stress-strain curve of the fabric.In terms of tearing mechanical response,both models can reflect the effect of series parameter changes on tearing performance and the corresponding tearing mechanism.But the numerical results of the nonlinear constitutive model have a better repre-sentation of the complex stresses of tensile-shear coupling during the tearing process.
