基于张震"一体两翼、疏调气机"思想治疗慢性便秘的运用体会OA

Guided by the academic thought of Zhang Zhen,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,"one main body with two wings,regulating Qi activity"the pathogenesis and treatment ideas of chronic constipation were analyzed.It is believed that the body feels the internal and external pathogenic Qi,leading to the disorder of Qi movement,and then the water-humor metabolism disorder,water and dampness stagnation,long stagnation into turbidity,condensation into poison,stagnant in the large intestine and failure to conduct and transmit,resulting in constipation protracted refractory.In view of the pathogenesis evolution law of chronic constipation"disorder of Qi movement-disintegration of Water and Dampness-intrinsic accumulation of turbid toxin-disorder of intestinal conduction",this paper puts forward that the treatment of chronic constipation to regulate the normal operation of Qi movement.By soothing the Liver,strength-ening the Spleen,warming the Kidney and harmonizing the five Zang-organs,then regulating five Zang-organs,descending six Fu-or-gans and eliminating turbid throughout the treatment process to relieve constipation by restoring the intestinal conduction function.
