摘要

Abstract

Scientist spirit is the highest level of ideal pursuit and moral perfection that science and technology workers strive to realize in long-term scientific research practice,and has accumulated and formed valuable spiritual wealth.Cultivating scientist spirit is an intrinsic need for the cultivation of innovative undergraduate talents.The integration of scientist spirit into the cultivation of innovative talents has the following important values,such as being conducive to carrying out the fundamental task of molding high morals and cultivating talents,and to implementing the innovation-driven development strategy.The main qualitative weaknesses of the top students include lack of intrinsic motivation;social responsibility,level of resilience and spirit of cooperation being expected to improve.The main contents and favorable gripper of integrating scientist spirit into the cultivation of innovative talents mainly include:focusing on the stimulation of intrinsic motivation and the cultivation of the spirit of innovation and dedication;focusing on the cultivation of national sentiment and social responsibility;focusing on the cultivation of psychological resilience and the ability of psychological adjustment;and focusing on the cultivation of the spirit of synergy and the ability of team cooperation.By strengthening the top-level design,stimulating the awareness of the subjects,enhancing the implementing responsibility,and improving the environmental support,we can promote integrating scientist spirit into the cultivation of innovative talents,and steadily improve its quality and effectiveness in the face of the urgent need for top talents of our country.
