Constructing High-Quality Teaching from the Perspective of the Theory of Structuration:Substantive Clarification and Practical Strategies

Abstract
High-quality development of education calls for high-quality teaching.Selecting the theory of structuration as an analytical perspective,the author is deducing"teaching structure"from"structure"through deductive methods.The essence of high-quality teaching construction based on the analysis of teaching structure is to develop and change the teaching rules and resources that make up the teaching structure in a coordinated or complementary manner,at the requirements of cultivating new talents in the era,and to have the function of cultivating new talents in the era.Constructing high-quality teaching in practice requires the coordinated advance of combining the point,line and surface.As"core point"of high-quality teaching construction,teachers transform the pictures of high-quality teaching construction that exist in curriculum standards and other texts into personal cognition through theoretical study and other means.Researchers from universities and teachers from schools connect many a U-S"key line"to transform high-quality teaching theories into practice in collaborative action research.Agents related to school education need to form a"linkage surface"to gradually expand high-quality teaching construction practices from the part to the whole in the school routine.关键词
