摘要

Abstract

Junction temperature of LED has a significant impact on its lifetime and luminous efficacy.Efficient thermal management is important to maintain stable LED performance.In order to effectively reduce the LED junction temperature and meet the heat dissipation requirements and the application requirements of specific places,the heat sink structure is redesigned by combining the thermoelectric cooler(TEC)and the flat-plate heat pipe(FPHP),and the bi-objective function for the parameters of the radiator is constructed by using the response surface method,and the optimal solution of Pareto is obtained by the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ).One-factor optimization analysis of TEC current is performed based on the optimum value of the radiator structure.The results show that the maximum junction temperature of the optimized LED is 23.3%lower than the maximum junction temperature of the LED without TEC,which fully demonstrates the effectiveness of the optimized radiator structure.
