Abstract
In the process of integrated circuit design,with its increasing integration,power consumption has become a problem that has to be considered.The current research status of low-power technologies is introduced and low-power design methods are described.A low-power dynamic management method based on clock is proposed on the basis of low-power gated clock technique,and a low-power module is integrated in the ADP036DSP chip.The low-power module has three different working modes,namely,IDLE,STANDBY and HALT modes,and the user can enter different low-power modes by configuring registers.Simulation results show that the low-power mode can be awakened normally and the power consumption can be reduced effectively.关键词
