Abstract
A wireless motor temperature acquisition device based on CKS32 series MCU and LoRa is proposed to address the shortcomings of current motor temperature monitoring.The LoRa wireless data transmission method adopted by the device can effectively solve the wiring difficulties of wired transmission,as well as the problems of short communication distance,high power consumption,and high communication costs of wireless transmission methods such as ZigBee and WiFi.In order to obtain accurate temperature values,the software of the device is calculated by the least squares piecewise linear fitting method,and the simulation results show that the maximum error temperature is only 0.18 ℃.The actual test results show that the temperature measurement method has the advantages of small memory usage,fast calculation speed and accurate temperature measurement.At the same time,the maximum communication distance of the device can reach 2.5 km,and the working life of the battery can reach 784 d,which has the advantages of long communication distance and low power consumption,and has good application value.关键词
