脂滴荧光探针的研究进展
Recent Progress on Lipid Droplets-Targetable Fluorescent Probes

Abstract
Lipid droplets(LDs)are important organelles in eukaryotic cells and play a significant role in life activities such as lipid metabolism.Detection of LDs not only contributes to understanding the molecular mechanisms that lipid droplets participate in life activities,but also has important guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.LDs fluorescent probes can be divided into two categories,including(1)monofunctional LDs locating probes,and(2)multifunctional single-molecule LDs fluorescent probes with multiple functions such as locating LDs,monitoring microenvironment,imaging dual organelles simultaneously,detecting active species in LDs and performing photodynamic therapy.This paper summarized and reviewed the LD-specific fluorescent probes reported in recent years,and discussed the development trend of LDs fluorescent probes applied to explore the molecular mechanism of interaction between important cellular physiological processes and other organelles,and the diagnosis of related diseases.关键词
