肝癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,具有较高的发病率和死亡率.肝癌细胞在快速增殖的过程中对能量的需求增加,导致肝癌细胞发生代谢重编程.其中有氧糖酵解常被称为"Warburg效应",可促进肝癌的快速增值和侵袭转移.有氧糖酵解不仅能为肝癌细胞提供能量,也能为肝癌细胞中各种生物大分子的合成提供原料,这将在临床上促进肝癌的进展,因此利用肿瘤的有氧糖酵解可作为癌症治疗的一个潜在靶点.天然产物是抗肿瘤新药开发的重要来源,近年来从天然产物中寻找靶向有氧糖酵解进而干预肝癌的进展已成为当今研究的热点.

Liver cancer is a common malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality.In the process of rapid proliferation,the energy demand of liver cancer cells increases,leading to metabolic reprogramming of liver cancer cells.Among them,aerobic glycolysis is often referred to as the"Warburg effect",which can promote rapid proliferation,invasion and metastasis of liver can-cer.Aerobic glycolysis can not only provide energy for liver cancer cells,but also provide raw materials for the synthesis of various biological macromolecules in liver cancer cells,which will promote the progress of liver cancer clinically.Therefore,the use of tu-mor aerobic glycolysis can be used as a potential target for cancer treatment.Natural products are important sources for the develop-ment of anti-tumor drugs.In recent years,searching for natural products to target aerobic glycolysis and intervene in the progress of liver cancer has become a research hotspot.
