基于有氧糖酵解探讨天然产物干预肝癌的研究进展
The research progress of natural products in the intervention of liver cancer based on aerobic glycolysis
摘要
Abstract
Liver cancer is a common malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality.In the process of rapid proliferation,the energy demand of liver cancer cells increases,leading to metabolic reprogramming of liver cancer cells.Among them,aerobic glycolysis is often referred to as the"Warburg effect",which can promote rapid proliferation,invasion and metastasis of liver can-cer.Aerobic glycolysis can not only provide energy for liver cancer cells,but also provide raw materials for the synthesis of various biological macromolecules in liver cancer cells,which will promote the progress of liver cancer clinically.Therefore,the use of tu-mor aerobic glycolysis can be used as a potential target for cancer treatment.Natural products are important sources for the develop-ment of anti-tumor drugs.In recent years,searching for natural products to target aerobic glycolysis and intervene in the progress of liver cancer has become a research hotspot.关键词
