Logic,Dilemma and Path of Sports Banks Supporting High-quality Development of Sports Complex

Abstract
;Sports bank is not only a financial carrier to promote the high-quality development of sports complex,but also an important support to promote the development of sports industry as a pillar industry of national economy.Adopting the literature method,the con-cept of sports bank is defined,and the current situation of its assistance to the high-quality development of sports complexes is sorted out,and it is found that the construction of the carrier requires large-scale capital investment,the expansion of the industry requires systematic financial support,the risk appetite requires targeted financial support,and the transformation of consumption requires univer-sal financial support.Insufficient policy driving force,financing environment to be optimized,insufficient market and social vitality,and regulatory system to be perfected are the practical dilemmas hindering the development.It is proposed that the relevant institutional system should be improved,the financing environment should be optimized,a good financing atmosphere should be formed,financing channels should be opened up,a diversified investment structure should be built,the top-level design should be strengthened,and a perfect regulatory system should be constructed for sports banks to help the high-quality development of sports complexes.关键词
