"手足十二针"针刺法对脑梗死痉挛性偏瘫疗效的研究OACSTPCD
Study on the therapeutic effect of the"twelve needles for hands and feet"acupuncture technique in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction
目的 探讨"手足十二针"针刺法结合新Bobath技术治疗脑梗死恢复期痉挛性偏瘫临床效果.方法 将90例脑梗死恢复期痉挛性偏瘫患者按照随机数字分组法分为观察组与对照组,各45例.2组均采用新Bobath技术治疗,观察组另外联合"手足十二针"法治疗.观察2组治疗前后各项中医证候积分、各项量表评分、肢体运动功能评分、血清谷氨酸、γ-氨基酸指标变化,并比较2组治疗总有效率和安全性.结果 观察组治疗后各项中医证候积分、MAS评分、CSS评分、谷氨酸指标均低于对照组(P＜0.05),上肢和下肢运动功能评分、Barthel评分、SF-36评分、γ-氨基酸指标及治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P＜0.05);2组均未出现不良治疗事件.结论 "手足十二针"针刺法结合新Bobath技术能够调节血清谷氨酸、γ-氨基酸表达,减轻肢体痉挛程度,提高肢体运动功能,改善患者日常生活能力和生活质量.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of the"twelve needles for hands and feet"acupuncture technique and the new Bobath technique in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia during the recovery period of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with spastic hemiplegia during their recovery period of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the new Bobath technique,while the observation group was additionally treated with the"twelve needles for hands and feet"acupuncture technique.The changes in their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,various scale scores,limb motor function scores,indicators of serum glutamate and γ-amino acid were compared before and after treatment in the two groups,and the total effective rate of treatment and safety were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,MAS scores,CSS scores,and glutamic acid indicators were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the upper and lower limb motor function scores,the Barthel scores,SF-36 scores,γ-amino acid levels and total effective rate of treatment were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Neither group experienced any adverse treatment events.Conclusion The combination of the"twelve needles for hands and feet"acupuncture technique and the new Bobath technique can regulate the expression of serum glutamate and γ-amino acid,reduce the degree of limb spasms,improve the limb motor function,and improve the daily living ability and quality of life of patients.
