基于西门子PLC与WINCC的轮毂打磨系统设计OA
Design of Wheel Grinding System Based on Siemens PLC and WINCC
随着智能制造的快速发展,汽车行业迅猛发展,为满足汽车轮毂零件的生产需求,结合传统打磨工艺,提高轮毂零件打磨效率,设计了一种基于西门子PLC与WINCC的轮毂打磨系统.硬件设计上使用西门子S7-1200 PLC为主要控制系统,执行装置采用ABB工业机器人,视觉检测装置采用欧姆龙工业相机.软件方面设计了PLC主控程序、仓储块程序、打磨块程序、ABB工业机器人的运行程序和视觉程序.系统使用了西门子WinCC软件作为生产状态监控系统,负责实时监控零件打磨的全过程.完成各个子系统的调试后,进行了整个系统的实际应用测试.测试结果表明:自动化轮毂打磨系统运行良好、工作状态稳定,轮毂零件完成度高、完成速度快.系统具有广阔的应用前景.
With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and the rapid development of the automotive industry,in order to meet the production needs of automotive wheel hub parts,this article combines traditional polishing processes to improve the efficiency of wheel hub parts polishing,and designs a wheel hub polishing system based on Siemens PLC and WINCC.In hardware design,Siemens S7-1200 PLC is adopted as the main control system,ABB industrial robots as the execution device,and Omron industrial cameras as the visual inspection device.In software design,PLC main control program,storage block program,polishing block program,ABB industrial robot operation program,and visual program are design.The system uses Siemens WinCC software as the production status monitoring system,responsible for real-time monitoring of the entire process of parts polishing.After completing the debugging of each subsystem,practical application testing of the entire system is carried out.The application test results verifies that the automated wheel hub polishing system operates well,operates stably,has high completion rate of wheel hub parts,and has broad application prospects.
