轻量化钵育秧盘的3D打印及有限元分析OA

新型插秧机的研发过程中,秧盘尺寸需要不断调整,为提高研发效率,引入 3D打印技术制作秧盘.为使得秧盘更接近实际工况,对秧盘进行了抽壳处理以达到轻量化.为了保证秧盘组装后的强度,仅对秧盘 3 号块件进行抽壳.考虑到秧盘的尺寸大于3D打印机的最大打印尺寸,对秧盘进行了拆分和组装设计.为验证轻量化互锁拆分秧盘设计的合理性,对 3 种不同设计方式的秧盘进行了有限元分析.研究表明互锁拆分轻量化秧盘不仅能达到轻量化要求,而且其变形幅度也小.最后对轻量化互锁拆分秧盘进行了3D打印试制.实践结果表明,采用轻量化互锁设计后的秧盘,不仅省材、轻量,也能同时满足应用力学性能要求.

During the research and development process of the new rice transplanter,the size of the rice transplanter needs to be continuously adjusted.In order to improve the research and development efficiency,3D printing technology is introduced to produce the rice seedling plate.In order to make the seedling tray closer to the actual working conditions,the seedling tray is hollowed to achieve lightweight.In order to ensure the strength of the seedling tray after assembly,only the No.3 block of the seedling tray is hollowed.Considering that the size of the seedling tray is larger than the maximum printing size of the 3D printer,the disassembly and assembly design of the seedling tray is carried out.In order to verify the rationality of the lightweight interlocking split seedling tray design,finite element analysis is conducted on three different design styles of seedling trays.The interlocking and split lightweight seedling trays is found to not only meet the lightweight requirements,but also have a small deformation range.Finally,a 3D printing trial is conducted on lightweight interlocking split seedling trays.Practical results show that the lightweight interlocking design of the seedling tray not only saves materials and is lightweight,but also meets the application mechanical performance requirements.
