红树林种植修复机器传送苗及种植机构设计OA
Design of a Mangrove Ecological Restoration Machine with Transfer Seedling and Planting Mechanism
红树林种植修复机械化将成为必然趋势.为沿海滩涂种植红树林作业专门研发了一款全自动化种植机器,由驱动行走机构、传送苗筒机构、种植机构和控制系统4 部分组成.其中传送苗机构采用环形输送线的结构进行自动投料,极大地缩短人工种植的工作量,同时降低了种植员的体力消耗.采用ANSYS仿真并建立数学模型对机器结构进行验证.结果表明,该机器的播种效率达到20 株/h,储苗运输机构储苗量最低为36 株,栽植株距为0.8 m,行距为1.0 m,满足种植要求,提高了红树林生态植被修复的高效性、实用性.给出了红树林种植修复机器的传送苗及种植机构设计,包括种植机构设计、鸭嘴种植筒结构、PLC控制系统等.该机器的推广能有效种植修复红树林生态,并且有效解决人工种植不科学导致红树林树苗存活率低的问题.
The mechanization of mangrove planting and restoration will become an inevitable trend.A fully automated planting machine is specially developed for the planting of mangroves in coastal beaches.It consists of four parts:driving mechanism,conveying mechanism,planting mechanism and control system.Among them,the transmission mechanism adopts the structure of ring conveyor line for automatic feeding,which greatly reduces the workload of planting by hand and reduces the physical exertion of the planter.ANSYS simulation and mathematical model are used to verify the machine structure.The results show that the seeding efficiency reaches 20 plants/h,the minimum storage capacity is 36 plants in the seedling storage transport mechanism,line interval is 0.8 m and row interval is 1.0 m,and meets the planting requirements.The efficiency and practicability of mangrove ecological vegetation restoration are improved.The transmission seedling and planting mechanism design of mangrove planting and restoration machine are also given,including the design of planting mechanism,duck bill planting cylinder structure,PLC control system and so on.The promotion of this machine can effectively plant and restore mangrove ecology,and the problem of low survival rate of mangrove saplings caused by unscientific artificial planting can be effectively solved.
