彝良县烤烟种植冰雹灾害风险区划及防御对策OA
Risk Zoning and Defense Strategies for Hail Disasters in Tobacco Cultivation in Yiliang County
文章利用彝良县2013-2022年6~9月烤烟种植冰雹灾害、受损情况等气象资料,根据自然灾害系统理论和冰雹灾害风险评估的相关理论,根据彝良县烤烟种植冰雹灾害致灾因子危险性、承灾体易损性、孕灾环境敏感性、防灾减灾能力4个方面构建冰雹灾害风险评估模型,结合GIS技术,对彝良县冰雹灾害进行精细化的风险区划,采用层次分析法和加权综合评价法计算各指标权重和风险指数,并利用GIS技术进行栅格图层计算得到彝良县冰雹灾害综合风险区划图.结果显示:彝良县冰雹灾害风险与地理环境有紧密的联系,二半山以上的乡镇海拔较高,冰雹灾害风险也高,而低矮河谷和平坝区出现冰雹灾害风险相对较低.冰雹灾害风险较高的地方集中在奎香乡、龙街乡和荞山镇东部.龙安镇、洛泽河镇地形相对平缓,高程差小,冰雹灾害发生频率偏低,属低风险区,如果合理布设防雹作业点并开展人工防雹作业,加强烤烟防雹减灾,是比较适合大规模、集中种植烟叶的.
The article utilizes the hail disaster,damage situation,and various meteorological data of tobacco planting in Yiliang county from June to September 2013 to 2022.Based on the theory of natural disaster systems and relevant theories of hail disaster risk assessment,a hail disaster risk assessment model is constructed from four aspects:hazard factors,vulnerability of disaster bearing bodies,sensitivity of disaster prone environments,and disaster prevention and reduction capabilities.Combined with GIS technology,a refined risk zoning for hail disasters in Yiliang county is carried out.The weights and risk indices of each indicator are calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Weighted Comprehensive Evalua-tion Method,and the comprehensive risk zoning map of hail disasters in Yiliang County is obtained through grid layer calcula-tion using GIS technology.The results show that the risk of hail disasters in Yiliang County is closely related to the geographical environment.Townships above the second half of the mountain have higher elevations,and the risk of hail disasters is also higher.However,the risk of hail disasters is relatively low in low valley and flat dam areas.The high-risk areas for hail disasters are concentrated in the eastern part of Kuixiang Township,Longjie Township,and Qiushan Town.Long'an Town and Luozehe Town have relatively flat terrain,small elevation difference,and a low frequency of hail disasters,making them low-risk areas.If hail prevention work points are reasonably arranged and artificial hail prevention operations are carried out to strengthen the hail prevention and disaster reduction of tobacco,it is more suitable for large-scale and centralized tobacco planting.
