基于PLC的选煤厂智能快速动态自动定量装车系统设计研究OA

肖家洼煤矿选煤厂以往汽运采用商品煤动态装车系统,存在装车能力不足、装车精度不高、装车成本较高、智能自动化程度低及装车效率低等问题.针对以上情况设计基于西门子 1214PLC的智能快速动态自动定量装车系统,并进行为期 1 年的工业试验,结果表明,该装车系统可以实现动态自动定量装车的目标,单车装车时间缩短至 90s内,最大装车量提高至 1 200 车/d,汽运能力提高至 4 万t/d,装车工作效率和智能自动化水平显著提高,经济效益显著.

In the past,the coal preparation plant of Xiaojiawa Coal Mine used commercial coal dynamic loading system,which had some problems,such as insufficient loading capacity,low loading precision,high loading cost,low degree of intelligent automation,low loading efficiency and so on.According to the above situation,an intelligent fast dynamic automatic quantitative loading system based on Siemens 1214PLC is designed,and the industrial test for one year is carried out.The results show that the loading system can achieve the goal of dynamic automatic quantitative loading,the loading time is shortened to 90 s,the maximum loading capacity is increased to 1 200 vehicles/d,the automobile transportation capacity is increased to 40 000 t/d,the loading efficiency and intelligent automation level are significantly improved,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
