High-quality Population Development Is an Inevitable Requirement for Realizing the Goal of Chinese Modernization
人口高质量发展与中国式现代化目标具有理论逻辑上的统一性,两者在对人口基础地位的认知、对人口发展目标和发展路径的选择上高度一致.人口高质量发展也是实现中国式现代化目标的现实要求,对于实现中国式现代化目标具有重大现实意义.中国人口负增长变动趋势正在促使劳动力供给从数量向质量转型,经济增长动力机制已经发生改变,质量型人口红利已经取代数量型人口红利在中国经济增长中发挥主导作用,所以我们的人口高质量发展战略设计必须与中国式现代化目标相适应,必须树立人口高质量发展的全新理念,顺应人口高质量发展的内在要求,适应人口发展的矛盾转换,选择人口高质量发展的恰当路径,找到人口高质量发展的根本抓手.
The high-quality population development and the goal of Chinese modernization have the theoretical and logical unity,both of which are highly consistent in the recognition of the basic status of population and the choice of the goal and path of population development.High-quality population development is also a realistic requirement for realizing the goal of Chinese modernization,which is of great practical significance for realizing the goal of Chinese modernization.The changing trend of population negative growth in China is prompting labor supply transformation from quantity to quality,which indicates that economic growth mechanism has changed,qualitative demographic dividend has replaced the quantitative demographic dividend to play a leading role in China's economic growth.Therefore,our strategy design of high-quality population development must adapt to the goal of Chinese modernization,and must set up a new concept of high-quality population development,conform to the intrinsic requirements of population development,adapt to the contradiction of population development,choose the right route of the high-quality population development,and find the fundamental lever for high-quality population development.
