Structural Design of New Steel Switch Sleeper and Research on Its Mechanical Characteristics
首先介绍钢岔枕的应用和研究情况,提出既有钢岔枕在应用过程中存在的系列问题,并设计一种整体铸造形式的新型钢岔枕.新型钢岔枕材料采用QT400-18,其断面尺寸与普通混凝土岔枕相当,不影响大机捣固.其次,计算并提出一种新型钢岔枕,主振频率分别为127.4 Hz和130.9 Hz的扭转振动模态和主振频率为169.7 Hz的弯曲振动模态,其他高频振动模态主要来源于其侧壁顶部自由端的振动变形.最后,为研究新型钢岔枕在实际应用中的受力和变形特性,利用有限元法,建立新型钢岔枕在实际应用中的静力学模型,以此为基础,研究列车轴重、通过速度和钢岔枕下道床刚度取值对其自身受力情况和竖向位移量值的影响.经计算:新型钢岔枕强度满足要求,自身变形较小;当列车轴重为17 t、通过速度为80 km/h时,新型钢岔枕最大等效应力为64.4 MPa,轨头顶面最大竖向位移为1.42 mm,新型钢岔枕最大竖向位移为1.36 mm;仅提高速度至120 km/h时,新型钢岔枕受力增加16.7%,位移指标增加16.2%;仅提高列车轴重至29 t时,新型钢岔枕受力增加71.3%,位移指标增加71.1%;当底部道床刚度增加1倍时,新型钢岔枕受力增加22.5%,位移指标降低12.7%.
Firstly,the application and research of steel switch sleeper are introduced,a series of problems in the application of existing steel switch sleeper are proposed,and a new type of steel switch sleeper with integral casting type is designed.The new steel switch sleeper material adopts QT400-18 and its section size is comparable to that of ordinary concrete sleeper,which does not affect the tamping of the large machine.Subsequently,the torsional vibration mode with main vibration frequency of 127.4 Hz and 130.9 Hz and bending vibration mode with main vibration frequency of 169.7 Hz are calculated and proposed for the new steel switch sleeper,and other high-frequency vibration modes mainly come from the vibration deformation of the free end at the top of its sidewall.Finally,in order to study the force and deformation characteristics of the new steel sleeper in practical application,the static model of the new steel sleeper in practical application is established by using the finite element method,and on this basis,the influences of the axle load,passing speed and stiffness of the lower bed of the steel sleeper on its own force and vertical displacement value are studied.According to the calculation:the strength of the new steel sleeper meets the requirements,and the self-deformation is small;when the axle load of the train is 17 t and the passing speed is 80 km/h,the maximum equivalence force of the new steel sleeper is 64.4 MPa,the maximum vertical displacement of the top surface of the rail head is 1.42 mm,and the maximum vertical displacement of the new steel sleeper is 1.36 mm;when the passing speed is only increased to 120 km/h,the force of the new steel sleeper is increased by 16.7%and the displacement index is increased by 16.2%;when the axle load of the train is only increased to 29t,the force of the new steel sleeper is increased by 71.3%,and the displacement index is increased by 71.1%;when the stiffness of the bottom track bed is increased by 1 time,the force of the new steel sleeper is increased by 22.5%,and the displacement index is decreased by 12.7%.
