目的 采用文献计量学方法分析核心肌群训练(CMT)在国内肌肉骨骼疼痛相关研究中的概况、研究热点和前沿趋势.方法 检索中国知网、万方医学网、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台数据库2014年1月1日至2023年12月31日CMT用于肌肉骨骼疼痛相关研究的文献,以纳入文献的作者、研究机构和关键词为网络节点,采用CiteSpace6.2软件进行共现分析,生成作者、研究机构合作网络和关键词分布图等进行可视化分析.结果 最终共纳入文献312篇,发文量整体呈上升趋势,近2年有小幅下滑,发文机构多为医学院校,发文作者多为小团队,发文机构和作者之间合作有待加强,跨机构、跨地域合作度低.该领域研究集中在对腰痛和腰椎功能的康复疗效方面.结论 CMT在治疗腰痛方面取得了良好效果,未来研究侧重于腰椎功能的改善、生活质量的提升和术后早期应用加速康复.

Objective To analyze the status quo,research hotspots,and frontiers of core muscle training(CMT)in domestic research on musculoskeletal pain using bibliometric methods.Methods Literature published from January 1,2014,to December 31,2023,on CMT for musculoskeletal pain was retrieved from databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,and VIP database.Authors,research institutions,and keywords of the included literature were used as network nodes for co-occurrence analysis in CiteSpace6.2 software,generating visualizations such as author and institution collaboration networks,and keyword distribution maps.Results A total of 312 papers were included,with the overall number of publications showing an increasing trend,albeit with a slight de-crease in the past two years.Most publications were from medical schools,and authors were mostly from small teams.Collaboration between institutions and authors needs to be strengthened,with low levels of inter-institutional and inter-regional cooperation.Research in this field was mainly focused on the rehabilitative efficacy of CMT for low back pain and lumbar spine function.Conclusion CMT has shown good efficacy in treating low back pain.Future research should focus on improving lumbar spine function,enhancing quality of life,and accelerating postoperative recovery through early application.
