Research on Evaluation Criteria for Generating Training Courses from Cadre Education and Training Needs
研究从培训需求调查结果生成培训课程内容的评判标准,对干部教育培训规范化、专业化、标准化建设具有重要意义,为干部教育培训课程设计提供重要依据.利用844份培训需求调查问卷数据,使用K均值聚类法提出从培训需求生成培训课程的评判标准.使用K均值聚类法对学员培训内容选择率进行分类,各类间差异极显著(P<0.01),聚类有效.从培训需求生成培训课程的评判标准以75%为合理,经实际检验,具有示范推广性和实际应用价值.当学员对学习内容的选择率达到75%及以上时,方可将学习内容放入课程内容中,达不到75%时,不应放入课程中.学员选择率普遍低于75%时,说明调查问卷设计针对性差,所设计的学习内容不能满足学员需求,应修改完善问卷并重新进行问卷调查.
Research on the evaluation criteria for generating training course content from the results of training demand surveys is of great significance for the standardization,specialization,and standardization of cadre education and training,which provides an important basis for the design of cadre education and training courses.Using the data in 844 training needs questionnaire,this paper uses K-means clustering method to cluster the data and determine the evaluation criteria for generating training course content from training needs.The research shows that using K-means clustering method to classify the selection rate of trainees'training content,the difference between different categories is extremely significant(P<0.01),with good clustering effect.The evaluation standard for generating training courses from training needs is reasonable to be 75%,which has the value of demonstration,popularization and practical application.When the students'selection rate reaches 75%,the learning content can be included in the training course content,and when the rate does not reach 75%,it should not be included in the training course content.When the students'selection rate is generally lower than 75%,it indicates that the design of the training needs questionnaire is not targeted,and the designed learning content cannot meet the students'needs.Therefore,it is necessary to modify and improve the questionnaire content,and the questionnaire should be conducted again.
