甘肃省发现2例猪泡型棘球蚴病病例
Two Cases of Porcine Echinococcosis Multilocularis Found in Gansu Province
摘要
Abstract
Echinococcosis multilocularis is caused by Echinococcus multilocularis parasitizing in livers of wild rodents,which occasionally infects sheep,yaks,human and pigs.2 of 28 pigs in a free-range household in Lintao County,Gansu Province were found to be infected with Echinococcus multilocularis after be slaughtered,and the weight of the infected live pigs was obviously less than that of others of the same age.The parasites parasitized on the abdominal walls of both sides of the lumbar spine,with clinical symptom of multiple vesicles,the cyst fluid was light yellow at early stage,then turned to black red later.Pigs suffered from the disease through ingesting Echinococcus multilocularis eggs excreted by dogs.Considering few clinical cases of pigs infected with Echinococcosis multilocularis,the confirmed cases were considered as an early warning for prevention and control of the disease in Gansu Province.关键词
