Early diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis
摘要
Abstract
Endometriosis is a common disease in women of reproductive age.It is a chronic inflammatory disease dependent on estrogen,which causes a series of symptoms such as pain,infertility,nodules or masses in women,and seriously threatens women's health.In the past,too much clinical reliance on laparoscopic surgery diagnosis led to many early patients failing to get proper diagnosis and delayed treatment.The problem of delayed diagnosis of endometriosis is common,and delayed diagnosis will cause progressive damage to ovarian reserve function and reduce female fertility.Therefore,attention should be paid to the clinical diagnosis of endometriosis,and empirical drug treatment should be started as early as possible to re-lieve pain and control the development of the disease.Drug treatment is the key to the long-term management of endometriosis,preventing recurrence and protecting fertility.Surgical treatment should be combined with the patient's reproductive desire and ovarian reserve function,encourage multidisciplinary consultation,and protect ovarian tissue with fine intraoperative opera-tions,so as to do a good job in long-term management and protect female fertility.关键词
